Guest Apartment:
Our guest premises include accommodation for 8 guests (in 4 bedrooms – king or king singles, queen, double, bunks). There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave) and laundry with washing machine. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs as there is a fully fenced yard.
Please note – the resident owners live upstairs with their friendly dog (who has her own yard) , the pool is a shared area.
For your screen entertainment there is Smart 4K TV , a second TV, DVD, Xbox and stereo. Free Wifi (Wireless internet access) is available.
All bedrooms & living areas have views over the pool and garden to the ocean. Linen is supplied and infant furniture is available at no extra charge. Right outside your door, there is a solar heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, a fire pit for evenings, a children’s play area (separated from the pool area by child proof fencing) with a cubby house, slide and lawn area for games. There is ample storage for sports gear and off street guest car parking.
The apartment is located on one and a half acres of garden, near the Bournda National park. Kangaroos and wallabies are regular visitors and there are many birds to see. You also might see an echidna, possums, goanna and many smaller lizards ( and the occasional snake). The pristine beach is a 200m easy walk. We don’t recommend swimming at this beach for young children, in summer, patrolled beaches are nearby in Tathra, Merimbula and Pambula. All of this in a quiet area just 7 minutes from the centre of Merimbula.
