Our rates ( when booked directly) – for the whole apartment ( sleeps 8 ) – Summer Holidays $390 per night (min 5 nights). Easter long weekend $340 per night ( min 3), School holidays $340 , at other times usually $270 per night (minimum 2 nights) . Extra person using mattress on floor (one only) $10 per night, dogs $15 per stay. There is a cleaning fee of $60 per stay.
